In less than just a couple of weeks, the KSD Wedding season officially begins!
I’ve been anxious and excited to get back to shooting weddings. I have been so accustomed to seeing weddings through the eyes of a photographer… that it was a great opportunity to be apart of a wedding as a guest. At the same token, once a photographer, Always a photographer. Once that camera goes into my hand, I cannot resist shooting. So with my daughter Kareena in one hand, and camera in the other… I was able to sneak in a few shots throughout the day. Here are a few images from Disha and Hemant’s Wedding at The Imperia, NJ. Happy Valentine’s Day!

Kareena has just started preschool! From figuring out to wear, what to pack for lunch, and making sure we got everything for the day’s art project…I feel like I have started school again! Today was the first “holiday” that she celebrated in school. It was so cute seeing the Valentine’s she received from all her new friends.:)Hope your day has been just as sweet! Happy Valentine’s Day!

An Introduction to Boudoir Photography

 

A few weeks ago, I had the priviledge of attending the Photography Tri-Age with Natalie Licini. This was in essence, a photography “shoot out” where photographers from NY and NJ gathered to learn from some of the industry’s best.. Natalie Licini, Jennifer Rozenbaum, and Neil Van Niekerk. Jennifer Rozenbaum, of Jenerations Boudoir, taught the segment on Boudoir Photography (who does amazing work!). This was my first introduction to Boudoir, and I loved it! Boudoir is truly an art form that evokes strong, fun, and powerful images.

I wanted to share some of the images as this was my first experience in shooting Boudoir. ~Tina
